  • What is Klean Kitchen Prep?

    Klean Kitchen Prep creates properly portioned and nutritionally balanced meals that are delivered directly to your door each week. We focus on long-term solutions instead of short-term fixes with short-lived results. Our food is fresh and never frozen or freeze-dried—your taste buds and your waistline will thank us for this.

  • Do you use locally grown and/or organic ingredients in your meals?

    Whenever possible we work with local farmers to include organic ingredients.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    Yes, we offer discounts for students, military, and first responders.

  • How do I heat my meals?

    Microwave for 2-3 minutes or oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.

  • How are my meals delivered?

    In insulated boxes with ice packs to stay fresh.

Ordering FAQ

  • Is there a signup deadline for new customers?

    All new orders must be received by Wednesday at 11:59pm CST, to receive delivery for the following week.

  • How do I select my meals each week?

    As we have a 5-week rotating menu, the menus change each week. Any items you order in a given week do not transfer over to any future weeks of service as the menu continually changes. Our system will generate random meal suggestions for future weeks of service. You can update these suggestions to meals of your choice if desired up to five weeks ahead of time by simply clicking the Change Meals button directly on that order located in your Client Portal.

    Lastly, you will receive an email reminder each week with the meals that have been assigned to your next order just in case you have forgotten to update your selections. It is the client’s responsibility to select the meals of your choice for each individual week of service if you do not like our suggestions.

  • What do I do if I am going out of town or need to suspend my service?

    You may pause your orders by logging into your account and suspending your program. You will be able to skip just your next order, or you will also have the ability to suspend your account moving forward.

    All orders must be paused or canceled prior to the Order Cancellation Deadline of Wednesday by 7:00pm CST, for the following week’s shipment.

  • Can I signup more than one person at a time?

    Customers are required to create an individual account for each person, unless you will be sharing one order.

    Our system only allows one order to be placed per account, per week.

  • Does my order automatically continue weekly?

    Clients are more than welcome to pause and resume their accounts at their discretion. However, as a convenience, all accounts will automatically recur each week unless paused or canceled prior to the Order Cancellation Deadline of Wednesday by 7:00pm CST, for the following week’s shipment.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover cards at checkout.

  • Am I able to make changes to my order each week?

    You are more than welcome to make any changes to your program each and every week as long as you make those changes prior to the Order Change Deadline of Wednesday by 7:00pm CST, for the following week’s shipment.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Clients are more than welcome to cancel their program anytime, as long as it is prior to the Order Cancellation Deadline of Wednesday by 7:00pm CST, for the following week’s shipment.

    As we purchase a large market share of each ingredient, our purveyors require us to guarantee our product purchase at that time.

    Clients will assume responsibility for any order not canceled by the Order Cancellation Deadline above. No credit or refund will be made after this deadline.

  • What Customer Service options do you offer?

    Online Chat: There is an Online Chat option on the bottom of our website. Feel free to chat live with one of our team members.

    Email: Clients are more than welcome to email us with any questions at info@kleankitchenprep.com. We have representatives readily available and ready to respond accordingly.

  • Does Klean Kitchen Prep automatically continue?

    All orders will continue with our Auto Renewal Policy. This means that we will continue shipping your meals weekly without you having to contact us for any reason. You are more than welcome to login to your account anytime to pause/cancel your orders.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    We have an First Time Buyer Special listed on the program cards when you signup. This is the best discount we offer for anyone utilizing our service for the first time. This code will be automatically entered during the checkout process.

    If you received a different discount offer via email, you will be able to apply that discount code during checkout.

Meal FAQ

  • What type of programs do you offer?

    Browse through our weekly menu options and select any meals of your choice.

    Choose between our Premium Meal Prep or Traditional Meal Prep.

    Premium: These meals have been created for those who want the option to have Extra Protein or No Carb options.

    Classic: These meals have been designed to be well-balanced and are standard portion sizes.

  • What type of meals do you offer?

    We offer an abundant variety of meals. Our meals are designed to provide a well-balanced nutrition program.

    These meals contain lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats.

  • Where can I find the macros for each meal?

    You can find the exact macros for each meal by clicking on the Current Menu tab located directly on our website. You will need to select a meal individually so that the macros are displayed.

    Additionally, the macros will be listed directly on each container when you receive them at your front door.

  • How do I heat my meals?

    Meals are already cooked and conveniently packaged in microwave-safe containers, all you need to do is heat and eat.

    To heat meals in a microwave, peel back one edge or make a few puncture marks across the top and heat for 60 – 90 seconds until your desired temperature is achieved.

  • Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions and/or allergies?

    We do not provide any customization to the meals listed on our menus. If you are allergic to something and/or do not like a specific ingredient… please be sure to look through the ingredient list for each meal prior to making your selections.

  • Do you have an allergen free facility?

    Our facility does process foods known to cause allergic reactions in some people. These allergens include but are not limited to: nuts, tree nuts, berries, gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any meal is completely allergen free.

  • Do you use locally grown and/or organic ingredients in your meals?

    Whenever possible we work with local farmers to include organic ingredients in our meals. We use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

  • How long will the meals last and can I freeze them?

    If you are placing the meals directly into your refrigerator, the meals will last 7 days from when they arrived.

    We keep our meals extremely healthy and clean by not preserving the ingredients. Many of the ingredients we use do not do well in the freezer. Freeze at your own discretion.

    There will be a Best By Date on each container informing you which meals will last longer than others. All meals are made and delivered fresh.

    Note: The meals taste superior when eaten Fresh!!

  • Do you offer Heart Healthy and Diabetic Friendly meals?

    All of our meals would be considered Heart Healthy as the sodium content is low. Additionally, as many of our meals are low in carbs and sugars, they are also a tremendous option for people struggling with diabetes.

Delivery FAQ

  • Where does Klean Kitchen Prep deliver?

    Klean Kitchen Prep delivers conveniently to your home or office anywhere in the United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska).

  • Can I pickup my order?

    Pickup is not currently an option. All programs are required to be delivered directly to your front door.

  • When will my meals be delivered?

    Deliveries will take place on Tuesdays or Wednesdays between 8:00am-8:00pm depending on your location.

    You will receive tracking information for your shipment once it has left our facility and is in the hands of our carriers, FedEx/UPS.

  • How are my meals delivered?

    All our meals are shipped via FedEx/UPS/OnTrac directly to your front door.

    They will arrive in a sealed corrugated and fully recyclable box. The box will be lined with 1.5″ insulation that is also recyclable.

    Every shipment is packaged with non-toxic gel packs to keep your meals at the proper storing temperature throughout the duration of shipping.

    Each meal is individually sealed in a 100% BPA-free, microwave-safe container.

    We suggest that you bring your box inside and refrigerate your meals as soon as possible to assure the freshest and most durable product.
